Frequently asked questions

The notary usually costs between €300 and €600 and the Commercial Registry with its fees between €150 and €300. The bank account adds €0 to €150. Those are third-party costs. Our fees and the monthly services are quoted after the analysis.

Accounting and tax start at €149/month and payroll at €5/month per employee. On top come the annual accounts filing and the registry duties. We give you the annual total in writing before you start.

Yes, with an NIE for every non-resident shareholder and a registered office in Spain. Without Spanish tax residence the company can still operate, but you should check where decisions are made so as not to create a permanent establishment elsewhere.

They ask for the provisional or final tax number, the articles, shareholder and beneficial-owner ID, and a forecast of activity and transactions. We compare banks and prepare the file; the bank closes the opening with you.
